Dolores County would like for the MLRB to reconsider their cease
and desist order, issued June 22, 1994, which places a restraint on
the use of all stockpiled material outside of the permit area,
until such time that the corrective actions are met.
One corrective action was for the operator to submit application
for conversion of the existing 110 permit to a 112 permit, by
August 21, 1994. This has been done.
The county's request that the MLRB reconsider and lift the order,
plus a copy of the Board order, are attached. .7 ./~
