It is applying for a conversion from a type 110 to 112 <br />construction material permit with an expansion of affected land from 10 to 72 acres to be <br />mined over the next thirty yeazs (life of mine). County Road 228 accesses the mining site <br />and traverses the affected land at two locations. In the event that mining operations <br />should impact CR 228, Colorado Mazble agrees to repair, replace, re-locate, or <br />compensate the USFS to resullt in a roadway condition at least as good as currently <br />exists. A similaz letter of agreement is being sent to Chaffee County, since Colorado <br />Mazble, Inc., is aware that the road ownership/maintenance status is co-shared with that <br />agency. <br />Please sign and notarize your acknowledgment and agreement with this commitment, as <br />Colorado Mazble, Inc., has done below.
