We would be required to obtain this permit for the Boulder Mill
if it ever reopened to handle custom ore, If we plan to reopen the Boulder
Mill in the future, a new MLRD permit will be applied for if we only intend
to run 5e Cross Mine ore.
Boulder Counties position is milling of imported ore can only take place in
an industrial zoned area like the Boulder Mill and as covered under the permit
that Gordon Sweeney has at Sugarloaf, Their comment to me this morning is that
the Gold Hill Mill is only permitted to handle ore from the Cash Mine complex!
1 would suggest ,you immediately plan to meet with these agencies and clear
everything up before proceeding with any additional milling.
If I can help in any way please tali me. Good luck!
CC: John Henderson.
