Suburban is still awaiting a <br />response from the Office of State Engineer regarding to the <br />revised Temporary Substitute Supply Plan and well permit submit- <br />ted to them in June 2001. <br />As per our discussion yesterday I talked to Mr. Humphries <br />today and explained our problem. He agreed to one more continu- <br />ance in hopes that this can be resolved so we do not have to go <br />to the Board. I will keep "bugging" the State Engineers office <br />until we have the permits.
