PUBLIC NOTICE <br />MINREC, INC., 2768 Compass Drive, Suite 101, Grand Junction, CO <br />81506, has submitted an application for a Technical Revision to <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, "Division", for its mining <br />permit No. C-B1-047. The proposed revision will incorporate the <br />1993 bench repair plan into the permit. The Blue Ribbon Mine is <br />located seven miles northeast of Paonia, CO, north of Highway 133, <br />Section 2 T 13 S, R 91 W, and Section 35 T 12 S, R 91 W. The <br />location of the permit area is contained in the U.S. Geological <br />Survey 7.5 minute Bowie, Colorado, quadrangle map. A copy of the <br />proposed technical revision is available for public inspection at <br />the Delta County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 5th and Palmer, <br />Delta, CO and at the offices of the Division.
