Box 519, Greeley, CO 80632; (970) 352-6057, submitted a request for partial reclamation responsibility <br />release for the Baseline Resource, Permit No. M-1997-058. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 36, Township 1N, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld Coumy. <br />Written wmments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wait 15 days after <br />the release decision is made to allow for comments or objections. <br />
