This includes two (2) services drops: <br />SD-1(also referred to as GE90-3 in MR-I S and Emulsion Oil Drop) and SD-2 (also referted to as a Power <br />Drop in Mr-I 1). These are labeled as sites SD-I and SD-2 on Map 18. <br />The four Intake and Retum Shafts at the Golden Eagle were labeled F-1, F-2, F-3, and F-4 on the well <br />application permits submitted to the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. They are labeled Bleeder <br />Return, 3N-Intake, South Intake, and South Retut, respectively on Map l8. Both nomenclatures are cited <br />in Table 24. <br />Page 19-1 of Exhibit 19 has been revised to reference only two (2) services drops. <br />Three original copies of the above referenced changes are enclosed.
