This extension is
requested due to the conflicting information received from DMG regazding the abrupt
change in interpretation of regulations. BME has fully complied with existing permit
requirements concerning this issue as discussed in documents supporting prior permit
efforts. Many of the features that DMG now finds exception to originate from comments
made by DMG and incorporated into BME's permit.
We should be able to provide a technical revision addressing your concerns by August
15s', if required, assuming that DMG will be able to identify the manner in which you
would like us to proceed at our July 3131 meeting.
Sincerely, >
f, / i
Scott Wanstedt
Environmental Engineer
3607 County RD N65
Rnngely, CO 81648
970fi75-4300
Fez 970fi75-0399
