Way Co., whose address and telephone nt[m rare 117 White <br />Pine Drive, Alamosa, CO 81101; (719) 589-5103, filed an application to convert M-84 ,Stage Stop Pit, <br />a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction aterials Permit. <br />The mining and reclamation operation is located at or neaz Section 20, Township 45N, Ran 6E, 10th Prime <br />Meridian, in Saguache County. The application decision is scheduled for October 18, 19 9. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Saguache County Clerk & Recorder' office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Shemtan Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the dated of the newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
