All ~ <br />periods began on July 20, 1999. The decision date for your application is scheduled for October <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general cuculatioH in <br />proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Within that same ten (10) day <br />mail or personally serve a copy of the same information provided in the public notice to the Hewspape <br />record of surface rights and all owners of record of surface lands that are within 200 feet of the bound <br />land. tmvnediarrly after the first publication, mail a copy of the notice to this office. Proof of notice aI <br />as Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and G <br />decision dare.
