The law requires consent
waivers for arty occupied buildings within 300 feet of the angle-of-draw of
undermining which has occured or will occur during the proposed life of the
mine plan. If you have difficulty obtaining waivers from all sites, you have
two options: for those areas which haven't been undermined, remove those
areas located within 300 feet of occupied dwellings from the permit area, or
provide documentation within the permit that the intent of permittting during
this five-year permit term as reclamation only. The latter would probably be
best included in the initial summary of the operations plan.
In addition, if there was aRy
please acquire the necessary
subparagraphs (iv) and (v )'s
prepare a map which combines
(Zp4.3(Z)(a)1).
