The requested renewal is for a period of five (5) years. <br />The attached application form has been updated and should contain all of the necessary <br />information as required. Also attached is a revised section 2.03 -Legal and Financial <br />Information and 2.08 -Bonding Information which updates changes in those sections. The <br />remainder of the current permit document should remain the same with the information as <br />presented. Since the mine is in permanent cessation and all areas have been reclaimed, <br />information pertaining to mining in the permit document is not applicable to the existing <br />situation, however, Slurco would like to leave this information in the document to provide <br />historical background as we proceed through final bond release. <br />Also attached is a draft copy of the newspaper notice which will be published upon your <br />approval.
