The <br />connecting ring and sealing rubber were repaired and replaced. In addition, a sealing type <br />bentonite clay will be packed around the joint when it is re-buried to provide additional sealing <br />acid protection. <br />I have reviewed the appropriate permit drawings and can conclude that the repairs have brought <br />the principle spillway back to meeting the approved design. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the mine at (970)675-4323. <br />Best Reg/azlds', /~ <br />~6~G:~m C.
