Box 440 <br />Rapid City, SD 57709 <br />Re: Munroe Quarry, Revision Approval, Permit No. M-77-002HR, <br />Revision No. AM-001 <br />Dear Mr. Gabrielson: <br />On December 29, 1993 the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology approved <br />the amendment application submitted to the Division on November 26, 1993, <br />addressing the increase of acreage from 7.5 to 9.9 acres. The terms of the <br />AM No. 001 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-77-002HR. The financial warranty set for the amendment is $15,890.00. You <br />have 60 days from the date of the approval to post the additional $15,890.00 <br />warranty. The total financial warranty for the permit will be $20,890.00. <br />Please also provide a new map that clearly shows the new permit area.
