The Division proposes to approve this revision <br />with one stipulation; comments are outlined below. <br />Notice of the proposed decision will be published as soon as possible. The publication will <br />initiate the ten-day public comment period for the Division's decision. <br />Twin Pines No. 2 Mine Site <br />Structure Removal <br />1.) Resolved. <br />2.) Resolved with the following conditions. In the absence of specific documentation from the <br />appropriate utility company or companies, Twin Pines Limited will be held responsible for <br />[he proper removal of the incoming power lines and poles to the mine and sales sites and <br />for the substations at the mine and sales sites. In the absence of such documentation, the <br />pending bond calculation will reflect power pole, powerline and substation removal costs, <br />and bond release will be delayed until removal of these features by an appropriate party is <br />effected. <br />Portal Closure <br />1.) We will stipulate this concern as follows: <br />Stipulation No. 17: <br />THE OPERATOR WQ.L OBTAIN DOCUMENTATION FROM THE MSHA WHICH VERIF~S THAT <br />THE PLANNED AND IMPLEMENTED PORTAL CLOSURE METHOD, FOR BOTH THE MINE SITE <br />AND THE SALES AREA, IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MSHA REQUBtEMENTS. SUCH <br />DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMTTTED NO LATER THAN APRIL 1, 1995. <br />
