There is an apparent inconsistency in the calculated discharge from the spillway
when the water level in the spillway is at 6383.5 ft. The revised page 2 shows
10.71 cfs and the SEDCAD+ Elevation-Area-Capacity-Discharge Table shows
7.50 cfs. (Those two pages also show a difference of only 0.06 ft. between the 10-
year and 25-yeaz peak water elevations, respectively 6383.44 ft. and 6383.50 ft.)
Please resolve these apparent inconsistencies.
The SEDCAD+ Pond Input/output Table shows the bottom width of the spillway
as 24 feet; this appears to conflict with the bottom width of 18 feet shown in
E.~chibit 12-4 of the existing permit. Please reconcile this apparent inconsistency.
4. Please demonstrate that the spillway's Fabriform liner can withstand the tlow
velocities of the 10-year and 25-year events. A statement based on information
from the liner's manufacturer would be adequate.
Please provide your channel-sizing calculation for the emergency spillway exit
channel.
