Is the last name of Edward and Ruth, Lind or Lund? The <br />list of surface owners shows Lund and Map 2 shows Lind. <br />Kathy said Lund is correct. <br />2. I could not find Hendrick, et. al on Map 2. Kathy <br />described the location of their property as the south <br />west part of MCC's lease area. I did find the parcel. <br />3. There is only one parcel of land noted as being owned by <br />Vincent. But there are two Vincent's (16 & 17) shown on <br />the surface owner list. Kathy said this parcel is owned <br />by both. <br />I told her that I would approve this minor revision. <br />
