BAR 0 2. 19a~ Mined Land 17n1.q.,9tinn r\'~.~ The enclosed technical revision request is being submitted to revise the final contours for the North Decline area and to define the drainage control during the reclamation phase of this area. The approved final contour plan for this area takes into account that this area is a pre-law disturbance and does not return the area to approximate original contours, "AOC". As part of Powderhorn's commitment to reclamation, we are proposing going beyond the approved plan to an AOC configuration for the site. This submission includes a TR request form, a proposed public notice, copies of submission letters to BLM and OSM, and three copies of new and replacement pages and exhibits. These pages and exhibits are designed to replace and/or supplement existing pages and exhibits in the permit application.
