EXHIBIT E -RECLAMATION PLAN <br />The information for this section is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section 6.4.5 <br />of the Colorado Department of Minerals and Geology Construction Material Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />Hall-hwin will continue to use the reclamation process specified in the original permit <br />application for The Shores. The changes to the Reclamation Plan are as follows. <br />1. Reduce areas for future development: Since the mined area will be expanded the area <br />reserved for future development will be reduced from approximately 184 acres to 88 <br />acres. <br />2. Increased water storage: The site will be reclaimed as four ponds resulting in <br />approximately l68 acres of surface area; Pond A will be 50 acres, Pond B will be 35 <br />acres, Pond C will be 53 acres, Pond D will be 34 acres. <br />3.
