Is there a reclamation plan or is one required? <br />Ntaps of the area show a gravel pit, but my client dues not believe it was ever permitted but was <br />used by the rancher and his neighbors for a gravel source. The legal appears to be parts of <br />Section 35 and 36, T275, R66W lying noRh of Highway 10 east of Walsenburg. <br />Thanks for your help.
