The parties shall at any time, and <br />from tune to time after execution of this Agreement, and upon the <br />reasonable request of any other party, execute, acknowledge and <br />deliver all such further writings or perform such further acts that <br />may be reasonably required to effectuate the terms of this <br />Agreement. <br />22. Recommendation of Leaal Counsel. Landmark, Rimrock, <br />Davis, Waters and Fishers acknowledge that they have been <br />represented by counsel for purposes of review of the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement. All parties acknowledge that they <br />have each had a full opportunity to consult with counsel of their <br />choosing in determining whether to enter into, and whether to agree <br />to the terms and conditions contained in, this Agreement. <br />23. Amendment. This Agreement shall not be amended except in <br />a writing signed by the authorized representatives of all parties. <br />24. Survival of Covenants. The covenants and obligations of <br />each party hereto shall survive the delivery of the Special <br />Warranty Deeds and the Easement Deed, and closing on the <br />transactions contemplated herein. <br />-8- <br />
