(Operator) and with the authority to act on behalf of the Operator hereby <br />requests the following: <br />Colorado Marble, Inc. wishes to extend the decision date to December 15, 2006 for <br />permit amendments as per the Mine Land Reclamation Board Orders currently under <br />consideration. The extension Ia necessary due to right of entry issues with U.S. Forcest Service <br />Lando Tying within proposed affected land boundaries. The Forrest Service has Informed the <br />Operator that they are continuing efforts to resolve the right of entry Issues. <br />I hope that by extending the decision date we can complete the permitting process by the <br />date requested herein.
