One of the pre-construction
requirements of this facility is to collect geotechnical data in
the area beneath the above-mentioned topsoil pile, thus requiring
its relocation as soon as possible.
WFC proposes to relocate this stockpile from its present location
to an existing stockpile at the western edge of the coal stockpile
area. It is WFC's intent to comply with all commitments outlined
in our Mining Permit, and every effort will be made to salvage all
suitable topsoil.
This relocation will not include additional disturbance of land and
therefore, should not require any additional bonding. WFC will
temporarily seed this relocated topsoil along with additional
topsoil stockpiled in the expansion of the refuse disposal area.
Should you have any questions regarding this request, please let
me know.
Coordinator
Attachment
