We have received your technical revision application to revise your permit
(File No. C-84-062) to conduct coal mining in Colorado. Our initial review
indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal
Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sec., have been submitted; thus
your technical revision application has been deemed complete for the purposes
of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in
the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of
filing. - -- - --
A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential
information, must be filed for public inspection with the Routt County Planner
or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must also be made
in this copy.
The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been
found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this
advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations with the
exception that the publication need only be run once, and reference to the
informal conference specified in Rule 2.07.3(2)(d) should be deleted. Proof
of the publication of the advertisement must be filed with the Division as
soon as available after the publication date.
