Of concern to Battle Mountain
Resources, is the expenditure total of $5,479,18 to
date. This cost represents 35% of the total co~3tract
price of $15,488 yet reflects only 9% of the total work
required to be completed.
I express my dismay that the contract clearly appeiars to
be headed towards an overrun situation. Compoundipg this
issue are costs associated with the initial reportt that
are q~_rPStionahle to BMRI due to the scope of work being
exceeded in several instances.
we are advising the Division that we have moved forward
on the payment of the latest invoice #10767; however,
BMRI requests acknowledgement from the DMG that both
parties will review and (where applicable) extend credit
to BMRI for costs incurred and paid out but weYe not
applicable to the third party contract or MOU.
PO.
