Mining outside of the permit area in these
locations has ended and the sections have been sealed. To my knowledge, the only
structures above these areas are power lines and county roads. I would like some guidance
on whether to write an NOV under Statute 34-33-110(2)(j) and Rules 1.04(7) and 1.04(89),
as both situations are different.
Affected Acreage Outside Permitted Area
Twin Pines Southfield
No. of Parcels Undermined 3 0
Mined Acreage (Acres) 1.8 0
Right of Entry Lease to Contested
Acreage?
