5. Map 9 denoted Hubbard Canyon as a jeep trail on the national forest. This is incorrect as it is <br />currently managed as a foot and horse trail, although some ATV use occurs on it. This needs to <br />be corrected. <br />Based on the discrepancies noted above, the GMUG cannot offer concurrence to TR-23 at this <br />time. We would also like to mention that BRL has notified us that the CDMG has indicated a <br />need for aground-water monitoring location on the lease. BRL has indicated a desire to use coal <br />exploration hole IP99-16 for this purpose.
