Stover and Associates requesting that the Division <br />allow the incidental permit boundary change, requested in the Division's letter dated <br />October 1, 1993 concerning MR-16, to be submitted as part of the upcoming permit revision <br />anticipated by Bear Coal. <br />In order that Bear Coal does not have to update all maps twice within a few months, the <br />Division offers this compromise: Please submit a technical revision application by <br />November 17, 1993 that updates the permit boundary on Map 9A, Map 10, and Map 23-1 <br />only.
