Long <br />Division Director <br />Reference to your letter dated June 26, 2001 responding to the problems addressed in the April 25, 2000 <br />inspection of the Chris Aaegeson Pit #2, the Division agrees that it would be ineft-icient to seed the topsoil pile <br />located on the permit azea prior to the Fall. The Division has extended the deadline for seeding of the topsoil <br />stockpile until November 15, 2001.
