The <br />revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />The revision addresses updated post-mining topography and reclaimed drainage channel calculations. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately seven miles south of the town of Hayden, <br />Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br />Townshio S North.
