The following <br />additional information is required for preparation of the <br />environmental report for this mining plan action. Please request <br />this information from the applicant. <br />1. Of the 280 acres of Federal lease C-29224 proposed to <br />be added to the permit area, how many of these acres <br />would be disturbed during the life-of-mine? <br />2. How many tons of coal would be mined from the currently <br />permitted area during the life-of-mine? <br />3. How many additional tons of coal would be mined from <br />the entire area proposed to be added to the permit area <br />(1878 acres)? <br />4. How many additional tons of coal would be mined from <br />just the 280 acres of Federal lease C-29224 proposed to <br />be added to the permit area? <br />In addition to the above information, please request the <br />applicant to supply available database or spreadsheet information <br />obtained from drill holes in or adjacent to the permit area. <br />Desired parameters include formation depths, water levels, and <br />chemical analyses. It should be emphasized that the requested <br />drill hole information is limited to that which is readily <br />available and can be easily conveyed via computer diskettes. <br />
