C-81-019 <br />TECHNICAL REVISION 52 <br />REQUEST FOR REVISION TO SECTION <br />4.06.3 TOPSOIL <br />Dear Mr. Walker, <br />2.05.4 RECLAMATION PLAN; SECTION <br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. respectfully requests approval of Technical Revision 52 to Permit <br />No. C-81-019. The intent of the proposed technical revision is two-fold: update the topsoil seed <br />mixture located on page 4.06-3 and the reclamation seed mixture on pages 2.05-44 through <br />2.05-46. The seed mixtures were developed with the assistance of Dr. E. F. Redente, <br />Rangeland Ecosystem Science Department, Colorado State University, and David Buckner of <br />ESCO Associates. <br />Please disregard tfie following pages from TR-52 submitted November 16, 2001: 4.06-3 <br />through 4.06-4; pages 2.05.42 through 2.05.53.
