I think a civil penalty and then <br />8 the opportunity for that civil penalty to be reduced or <br />9 eliminated is part--could be part of the package. <br />10 And if Castle Concrete comes forward and does meet <br />11 those obligations, then it might be appropriate for this Board to <br />12 follow through on its end of the deal. <br />13 CHAIR?fAN DANIELSON: I'd -- I'll just hazard a motion <br />14 in the interest of it being 9:40. I'd move that we assess a <br />15 penalty of 5150 a day for 21 days for a total of 53,150. and all <br />16 but 51,000 to be suspend with the condition that the corrective <br />li action is completed as scheduled. <br />18 MS.
