The issue here is, at this point, strictly a <br />5 matter of this notice of violation and the labors, we might--we <br />6 did hear some things about the permit out here. <br />7 I guess, speaking personally for myself as one member <br />8 of the Board, I'd just say that I think, the only fair and <br />9 reasonable way to treat this is to treat this as a notice of <br />10 violation. And that on one hand, I do not think that we should <br />11 go out of our way to find a violation and penalize the company <br />12 because of the dependency of permit violation. <br />13 On the other hand, I don't think we should ignore or <br />14 overlook something that we would otherwise act on for that same <br />15 reason. So Z am going to do my best to try to keep my blinders <br />16 on here and try to react to this as if the other issues didn't <br />17 exist because, at the moment, I guess they don't. <br />18 With that preamble, I wonder if any of the Board <br />19 members have any thoughts on what we ought to be doing? <br />20 MR.
