COOLEY: It would be cease and desist what they <br />19 have been doing. I don't agree with xhat they did, but somebody <br />20 does. <br />21 CHAIR.~SAN DANIELSON: Well, I suppose it would be cease <br />22 and desist to allow any rocks to escape any of the permit <br />23 boundary on the west side of the poundary and cease and desist of <br />1 24 adding any more materials that is going to fall off the road.
