Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will be conducting a bond release inspection of the <br />Roadside Portals (for liability release associated with lands that were undermined, but not disturbed by <br />mine related surface facilities or structures) on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. The purpose of <br />the inspection will be to identify and evaluate any subsidence related damages to structures or <br />renewable resource lands at the site, to determine if liability release can be granted, or whether <br />remedial work may be warranted. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the inspection, so that <br />you may attend the inspection.
