The revision has three basic parts; development of the 5-entry Main West east
of 6th East to the No. 5 portal, construction of a 3-entry rock slope from the E seam to the
H seam north of 9th East and initiation of 5-entry H seam North Mains.
Cyprus has submitted replacement pages modifying various portions of the permit. As you
may recall, in TR-26 approved 7/15/95, Cyprus committed to monitoring three monuments
in the area to verify non-subsidence. No modifications to the subsidence section of the
permit were included with this revision.
I would appreciate it if you would look over this TR to determine if there are indeed any
subsidence issues that need to be addressed in this revision. I would appreciate any
comments or questions that you have for the operator by Friday, September 15, 1995.
Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
c:\eagle\950822a
