<br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER6 GARFIELD COUNTY <br />Central Aggregates, Inc., P.O. Box 26, 25028 Highway 6 ~ 24, <br />Rifle, Colorado 81650, has filed an application for a technical <br />revision to an existing Mined Land Reclamation Board permit iM81- <br />006 with the Colorado Mined Land Reciamation Board (the "Board") <br />under the provisions of the Colorado Mined land Reclamation Act. <br />The attached information is being provided to notify you of the <br />location and nature of the proposed technical revision. The <br />entire application is also on file wit1T the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology and the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to <br />recreational use. Pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-116(7)lj) the Board <br />is required to confer with thte local Board of County <br />Commissioners before approval of the technical revision. <br />Accordingly, The Board would appreciate your comments on the <br />proposed technical revision. In order to preserve your right to <br />a hearing before the Board, you must submit written comments to <br />the application within twenty (20) days of the date of the last <br />publication pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-112.
