The public notice was published in the <br />Steamboat Pilot on April 15, and 22, 1998. Asper Rules 3.03.2(5) and (6), no comments or requests <br />for adjudicatory hearing have been received by the Division within the thirty (30) day period after <br />the initial publics[ionoftheDivision'sproposeddecision. Concutrenceontheproposedreleasewas <br />received from the Office of Surface Mining and the Bureau of Land Management, Little Snake <br />Resource Area, on May 6, 1998. The Division's proposed decision to approve the Phase II and III <br />bond release is final. <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company may submit a rider to the bond, replacement bond, or a letter of <br />credit, reducing the bond by $95,480.00.
