Way Co. f <br />violation (found on June 27, 1984) of mining without a permit at t <br />the Stage Stop Pit in Sagauche County. After a presentation by th <br />staff, input from your consultant, Scott Johnson, and discussion ai <br />Board members, the Board levied a civil penalty of $100.00 per day <br />violation for 33 days of violation (the period of May 19, 1984 unt <br />1984) for a total of $3,300.00.
