Box 161, Silt, CO 81652, was deemed complete for the purposes of <br />filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to operate a railroad loading facility in <br />NW Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 93W, 6th P.M., Garfield County, <br />Colorado. The location is adjacent to Highways 6 and 24 in the town cf Rir1e, <br />Colorado. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public <br />inspection at the Garfield County Courthouse, 109 8th Street Ste 200, <br />Glenwood Springs, CO.
