Page III-8 has been revised to reflect the proper status of mine development.
2. Map 138 has been revised to distinguish the existing and the proposed access roads.
4. The access road width will be 12 feet. Please note that the access "road" is basically
a two-track route.
5. The development drill holes will be 5-1/8 inch in diameter.
6. We believe the estimated bond amount of $63,922 is high since some of the
parameters used by DMG do not reflect the actual situation. We have followed DMG's
computational method and recalculated the bond amount to be $47,990 based upon
the revised parameters. A copy of our comment has been provided to you. As you
are aware, WFU has adequate bond cushion to accommodate DMG's bond amount.
We request that the permit be issued and bond be adjusted as agreed upon between
DMG and WFU.
Suite #305
405 UiDan Srreer
Wcewood, Colorado 80228
Telephone 3031938-9626
Telecopier 303/986-8147
