iiiiiiiiiiiiiiuhi <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology hereby issues notice that on October 8, 1995, a minor revision application to a permit to <br />conduct coal mining operations at the Golden Eagle Mine, Permit No. C-81-0131MR-731, operated <br />by Basin Resources, Inc., 14300 Highway 12, Weston, CO 81091, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses the extension of the raw coal reclaim tunnel and <br />enlargement of the raw coal stockpile area. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act <br />and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br />Posted 10/12/95 <br />
