An Assessment <br />Conference was held at the Division of Minerals and Geology office in Denver on January 9. 2001. Tn <br />• attendance at the conference, was David Berry and Steve Brown representing the Division, Bob Montgomery <br />and Scot Anderson representing Basin Resources and on the speaker phone were the landowners Jim and Ann <br />Tatum with Walton Moms representing the landowners. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement Agreemen[ within ten (101 days as instructed on the <br />form. If you disagree with the Settlement Agreement, do no[ sign i[.
