In the event that any changes of the proposed project are planned, <br />the conclusions and recommendations contained in this report should be reviewed and the report <br />modified or supplemented as necessary. <br />J The Geotechnical Engineer should also be retained to provide services during the grading phase <br />J of the work. Construction testing, including field and laboratory evaluation of fill materials should <br />J be performed to determine whether applicable project requirements have been met. It would be <br />logical for Empire Laboratories, Inc. to provide these additional services since eve are most <br />qualified to determine consistency of field conditions with those data used in our analyses. <br />J <br />5 <br />
