We were told by Mr. Phil <br />Hegeman of that Agency that we are not required to obtain <br />that permit. <br />Since your letter stated you needed a specifically confirmed <br />decision from the Division, I requested a letter from the <br />Water Quality Control Division containing this information. <br />we will forward this letter on to you as soon as we receive <br />it or you may contact Mr. Hegeman at 303-692-3500. <br />l a~" , <br />
