The responses to the <br />issues raised in the Preliminary Adequacy Review have been <br />adequately addressed. However, the following minor issues need to <br />be addressed before the Division issues a decision. <br />1) The discussion of soil sampling on page 109 is written in <br />the future tense which would lead the reader to believe <br />that the sampling has not yet been done. However, the <br />results of the soil sampling are given on the same page. <br />Please update the tense in this discussion to clarify <br />that the sampling has already been completed. <br />2) As we discussed via telephone today, the fertilizer <br />application rate is unclear. Please clarify what is <br />being applied at what rate.
