All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated there- under initiate from this day of filling. The revision (Technical Revision 50) pertains to the construction of a return shaft. The Deserado Mme Permit area lies within USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps entitled "Rangely NE' and Cactus Reservoir. These areas are situated in T2N, R701 W and T3N, R101 W, 6th P. M. in Rio Blanco County about 10 miles east of the Town of Rangely. A copy of the technical revision application is avail- able for public inspection at the Town Clerk's office, Town Hall in Rangely.
