The purpose of the minor revision is to update the local contact <br />information in the permit application package (PAP) due to the recent change of the local contact. <br />Attached, please find three copies of the revised material that needs to be inserted into the PAP. <br />Insertion instructions have also been provided. These revisions reflect changes that have occurred <br />to the permit since the last permit renewal in May 2002.
