The two day abatement time <br />frame will start once the hard copy NOV is received at Colowyo. On July <br />22, 1994, the hard copy NOV was received. <br />Requirement 1 requests that adequate structures be constructed. <br />Structure #1, West Pit Pond, was enlarged from its initial capacity to <br />its present 12.8 acre foot capacity with this capacity in place on June <br />28, 1994. Structure #2, Initial Boxcut, was further enlarged from its <br />initial (unsurveyed) capacity to its present 50.3 acre foot capacity with <br />this capacity in place on July 18, 1994. Structure #3, In Pit Control <br />Structure, was also further enlarged from its initial (unsurveyed) <br />capacity to its present 5.7 acre foot capacity with this capacity also <br />in place on July 18, 1994. <br />Requirement 2 requests certifications by an engineer which are <br />enclosed. <br />Colowyo trusts that these responses are adequate for complete <br />abatement of this NOV.
